We are delighted to invite you to the celebration of our wedding
The wedding will be a traditional Indian ceremony that will take place in Vijayawada, India. There will also be pre-wedding festivities including a Haldi and sangeet. More details will be available closer to the date, such as dress code and venue addresses. In the mean time, we wanted to share the date and location as well as provide further information to those who may be joining us in India for the first time.

Joshua, a marathon-running, sports-loving firefighter-paramedic from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, met Mounica, a movie-binging, sports-ignoring Virginia transplant originally from Andhra Pradesh, India, in the most romantic of places—Des Moines, Iowa.
They quickly became best friends who tell each other everything (whether the other person asked or not) and discovered a shared love of puzzles, inventing fusion recipes, painting (with questionable skill but great enthusiasm), and awaiting movies together. While Joshua claims to be the funny one, it was Mounica’s jokes that won him over.
Over time, they turned all-day study sessions into lifelong companionship, proving that opposites really do attract... especially when one of them doesn’t understand football and the other thinks a two-hour Telugu movie is a long film.
